Ideal for:  empty properties, rental homes, or second residences. The service includes:

  • General condition check (water, electricity, locks, etc.)

  • 2 visits per month to avoid unpleasant surprises.

  • Reports with photos and videos via WhatsApp or email.

  • Coordination of repairs and maintenance.

  • Extras: cleaning, key handover, local assistance in Barcelona.

I’m Pieter, originally from Belgium and living in Barcelona for over 13 years.

 

With a strong technical background and hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, and renovations, I specialize in helping homeowners abroad take care of their properties as if they were my own.

 

I’m passionate about smart design, durable solutions, and quality work. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Dutch, I connect easily with both local and international clients — always with professionalism, honesty, and a personal touch.
